This Public Offer (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between SYNLABS LLC (TIN: 312358504), registered under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan (the "Company"), and any individual or entity (the "User") using the Service at https://meetflow.synlabs.pro/.

  1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
    1.1. The Company provides a non-exclusive license to use the AI-powered meeting management tools (the "Service").
    1.2. By registering or paying for the Service, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms according to Art. 367 and 369 of the Civil Code of Uzbekistan.

  2. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
    2.1. Cross-Border Transfer: The User explicitly consents to the collection, processing, and cross-border transfer of personal data and meeting recordings to servers located outside of Uzbekistan as required for AI processing, in compliance with Law No. ZRU-547 of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
    2.2. GDPR Compliance: For users located in the EEA/UK, the Company acts as a Data Processor. We guarantee the rights to access, rectification, and erasure of personal data.
    2.3. CCPA Compliance: For California residents, the Company complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not "sell" your personal information.
    2.4. AI Training: The User may opt-out of allowing the Company to use their data for training its machine learning models through the settings menu.

  3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES (RECORDINGS)
    3.1. The User represents and warrants that they have obtained all necessary consents from all participants of a meeting before recording or uploading audio/video content to the Service.
    3.2. The User is responsible for compliance with local recording laws in their respective jurisdiction.

  4. PAYMENTS & TAXES
    4.1. Fees are charged on a subscription basis. All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes (VAT, etc.) unless stated otherwise.
    4.2. International payments are processed in USD via integrated payment gateways.

  5. GOVERNING LAW
    5.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
